Who We Are

Jim joins Phoenix EV as Chief Technology Officer leading the technical development of out entire EV solution. 

Jim has 20 years experience in DC electric machine integration,​ 14 years delivering automotive projects,​ and 12 years working with EV powertrain and associate systems.

Matt joins Phoenix EV as Director of Vehicle Operations and will take the lead in developing and delivering our conversions through his existing business Invicta Automotive Design. 

Matt has built up a tremendous reputation for the quality of his Land Rover restoration work over the last 20 years. 

Gareth joins Phoenix EV as Director of Commercial Operations and will support the technical and operational delivery of our solution ensuring we meet the commercial needs of our customers. 

Gareth has 19 years experience in the development of products, services and the structuring of businesses to deliver them.
